I have defended people accused of serious crimes, people with traffic tickets, DUIs, or school discipline cases. I have represented people in divorces who are negotiating or litigating for parenting time, decision making, child support, and property division. TrustWorking with an attorney should bring one peace of mind and confidence. Every client has questions and a unique story. A client's trust is earned by listening to his or her needs, giving honest advice, and working hard to meet his or her objectives. With trust, the client and attorney can work effectively to plan a strategy and obtain favorable outcomes. Whether the assignment is a contract, will, negotiation, or trial, the foundation of success is always built upon trust, preparation, and respect.

NITANITA FACULTY: In 2000, I took my first National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) course, the National Session, an intensive two week "Trial Boot Camp." I learned the preparation, strategies, and skills to be an effective, ethical advocate for any litigation. I was hooked. Now, I am a NITA Master Advocate and NITA faculty. Since 2006, I have taught hundreds of attorneys throughout the country in over 65 different programs offered to attorneys, law firms, and government agencies including the Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Department of Labor, and the Securities and Exchange Commission. I have taught trial skills, cross examination, direct examinations, interviewing witnesses, openings, closings, voir dire, evidence, ethics, how to use exhibits, how to prepare experts, conduct depositions, defend depositions, argue motions, how to use technology in the courtroom, how to prepare witnesses, and how to write legal briefs. I am passionate about law and teaching attorneys how to be the best advocates for their clients.
